About the Recipe

Enjoy this rich and creamy coffee. Not only is delicious, its also good for you! Adding grass fed butter to your coffee is a powerhouse ingredient. Energy. Focus. Fat burning mode. Hormone balance. What more can you ask for?! Your brain gets the benefits of omega-3 and omega- 6 fats that it relies on to function properly. It also helps keep your blood sugar stabilized. Let's not forget that it helps keep you feeling fuller longer. Also, for my keto peeps: this keeps you in ketosis!

Ingredients

  • 10 fl oz Coffee! (duh) any preferred brewing method (frensh press, pour over, drip, etc)

  • 1 Tbsp Grass-fed butter (my favorite is Kerrygold, your choice on salted or unsalted)

*add 2 Tbsp if you are only using grass-fed butter

 

Optional Ingredients

  • MCT oil (1/2- 1 Tbsp)

  • Coconut oil (1/2- 1 Tbsp)

  • Milk of choice (this coffee is really good on its own, but customize to your taste)

  • Collagen powder (linked is my favorite, no flavorunlike others I've tried)

  • Cinnamon dash

Preparation

Step 1


Brew your coffee with your preferred method and pour into your favorite mug


Step 2


Add grassfed butter and any other customized options


Step 3


Stir and enjoy!


***Bonus mix it all in a blender to make it extra creamy and smooth***
